“K4SECURITY developed a DID Identification Scheme and registered it as an international standard of W3C and DIF ! “

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), an international standardization consortium, has approved DID (Decentralized ID) as a new web standard. This standard approval is an identifier selected as a web standard by W3C after URL (Uniform Resource Locator).

Supporting the W3C DID v1.0 specification, DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) is an international representative organization for technology development to create a DID ecosystem so that users around the world can use DID more easily. It provides a standard way to inquire and use DID in implemented and distributed systems.

In order to register the DID Driver in the DIF Universal Resolver, the W3C DID v1.0 and W3C DID Resolution v0.2 specifications must be satisfied, and it must be the driver specification registered in the W3C DID Specification Registries.

It is expected that K4 Security’s DID Driver listed in DIF Universal Resolver will be utilized and applied to various domestic and foreign services oriented toward the identity authentication market and Web 3.0.
